Eric A. Hiatt is President and co-founder of Reverse Fortunes.com, inc the most comprehensive reverse mortgage origination platform available today. Focusing on developing marketing tools and technologies specific to the reverse mortgage originator. Eric has spent the past seven years in the senior market place and five of those focused specifically in the reverse mortgage space.
During his tenure in the reverse mortgage industry he has been a top producing originator, manager, owner, mentor, and trainer. His passion for training and helping other originators take resposibility and action is shadowed only by his inner desire to see other ordinary people achieve extraordinary results. He has coached some of the industries most succesful originators, and taught them how to build their own buisness, including turn-key systems and marketing plans giving them the needed tools to develop a successful and productive career.
Shannon Hicks, VP Marketing and Product Development
Shannon came to ReverseFortunes with a background in financial services and senior planning. His passion for educating and empowering seniors drove him to create our successful Reverse Mortgage Educational Seminar Series "The Truth About Reverse Mortgages" attracting dozens of new clients monthly. He also speaks nationally on web-based sales and marketing.
Shannon has built our business tracking and system management tools and mentors loan originators across the country in marketing plans and seminar presentation.

Kurt has worked in marketing for 18 years. Since 1999, he has focused on web applications development and online marketing, providing sophisticated online solutions to a range of respected companies. Sandra Castrogiovanni, Chief Training Officer
Sandra Castrogiovanni has a passion for the Reverse Mortgage Industry and our aging population. In addition, it is important to her that others in the reverse mortgage industry provide accurate information and full disclosure so they are equipped to make the right decision for themselves or their loved ones. Sandra continues to be in the top 5% of producers in the reverse mortgage industry. She has 32 years in the lending and real estate business and for the last 5 years has focused solely on the Reverse mortgage program.
She has a passion for staying on top of the HUD guidelines to be sure her training tools are correct and up to date.
