What is Reverse Fortunes?
Reverse Fortunes was developed by and for Reverse Mortgage Originators just like you. Over the last several years we noted a lack of centralized tools and strategies in the marketplace specific to our industry. We have gathered the best tools, marketing and technology tools in one place which allows you to focus on building your business.
The strategies and tips we'll share here are what we have learned day in and day out achieving our own success originating reverse mortgages helping us grow into one of the nation's top producing branches.
How can I join?
You decide on what membership level best suits your business plan and then click 'select'.
Your membership is billed monthly for Producer's Club members. Your first month's membership is prorated for that month, then billed at the beginning of each month following. Memberships can be purchased with a credit card.
How much does it cost?
Producer's Club memberships are $69 a month and of course the Partner membership is free. Brokers, branches and banks please call for volume discounts at 1.866.592.2096 .
Will there be new content?
Yes! ReverseFortunes.com is committed to providing the highest quality marketing and business tools available in the market today! That market is always changing and new content will be posted each month. Member suggestions and success stories will also expand the number and variety of tools. Our 'what's new' section will highlight recent additions as they go 'Live'. Weekly and monthly emails will call attention to new site content for each membership level.
Can I purchase leads?
We are not providing reverse mortgage leads at this time. However, we will be providing customized marketing pieces and direct mail to assist you in generating your own leads. In addition we have sample marketing pieces you can view (pdf) to help you design your own.
Can I purchase marketing materials?
Yes, in late 2008 we will offer customized marketing pieces and direct mail pieces you can order and proof online. Your photo, logo and company disclosure information will automatically be placed on each piece. In addition, you can have your own professionally designed website for senior prospects and their family members. We will announce this exciting addition in a future email.
